Only the staff were good. The food was awful, with flies on it. The room wasn’t clean, the towels were old and stained, the walls were dirty with drops, the windows had spider webs, and the pillows were yellow and old. The food arrived cold and tasted terrible; the serving trays were dirty and disgusting—there was even hair in the burger. I took a photo of it. Definitely not a four‑star hotel.

The breakfast was decent for the price, yet the toilet was clogged, the air conditioner made a lot of noise, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.

Everything! The kids loved the fact that there were 4 rabbits freely roaming around that they could play with. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is just in the center of Denpasar. Strong WiFi. Nothing
