The location was spot on, and although I had safety concerns from earlier reviews, the neighborhood proved perfectly fine upon arrival; nearby restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop with the best barista I’ve ever met made the stay enjoyable. The basement entrance, however, feels awkward and isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Nothing to highlight. Everything was terrible: a broken window pane and cold seeping through patched wood; the living room flooded with water from the toilet, releasing a nauseating sewer odor that made me want to vomit.

The amenities were mostly secure, and the hot shower was nice. Yet the area is plagued by constant agitation from nearby troublemakers, an unprofessional host who seems selfish, and overall the neighborhood feels unsafe.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and it’s very close to the Ravens Stadium. However, there’s an unsecured door leading to the upstairs property, giving the impression that people from upstairs could come down; the entrance is confusing, and the presence of people hanging out outside feels intimidating.
