“良いホテルでしたが、部屋の鍵のセンサーの不具合で時間がかかってしまったのが残念です。”

Overall it was a good hotel, but the sensor on the room lock was faulty and caused a lot of trouble. I saw other guests also struggling to get into their rooms because the sensor didn’t react quickly, which wasted time and needs improvement.

入口の重厚感・高級感。 スタッフの対応。 駐車場の費用を取らない所。 混雑緩和のため？朝食の時間を聞いてきたところ。 朝食の案内をされた方が丁寧で気持ちが良い。 バイキングの時、オリーブオイルを手にした時、丁寧に説明してくれた。食器を下げるか迷っていた際に声を掛けられすぐに対応してくれたのは嬉しい。. 仕方がないことだが、喫煙ルームがなかったこと。喫煙所は設置されていたが、移動が大変。 エレベーターの階数表示（ボタン）にフロント（２F)表示があると尚良い。・・・間違って１F押して出た時焦った。 バスルームのカギが付いているところ。・・・誤ってカギをかけてしまい入れなくなった。客室なのだからカギは無くても良いと思う。（フロントに対応してもらい事なきを得たのは良かった）

“コスパ最高の宿”

The location was beautiful and the room was spacious, so I stayed comfortably. The only downside was that there was no public bath nearby.
