We only appreciated the breakfast, the friendly and attentive staff, and the parking spot; the noise, bad odor, only a lower sheet, and the AC unit almost on top of the bed were issues.

The location was good, right next to the canal, but the breakfast was bad with little variety, the waitresses were very unfriendly and grumpy, and the suite bathroom smelled like mold.
