I booked last minute and could have gotten a nicer room; the place was quiet and well located, but the room was small, the elevators smelled, and roads were closed without notice, making navigation difficult.

The staff were friendly, the location is great for Central Park, Fifth Avenue, and other spots, and subway stations are within walking distance, but the bathrooms look a bit dated and the elevator was slow one day while waiting for other floors.

The location was fantastic, the room was so quiet we heard nothing for all three nights, the bed was super comfortable, the room stayed dark at night which was perfect for sleeping, the staff were very friendly, let us check in early, and they arranged a limo to the airport at the end of our stay—absolutely loved everything! Nothing negative.

The spot was great—close to everything we needed and the cab rides were pretty cheap. The building is a high‑rise and the elevators have no security; anyone could just walk in.

The staff were very friendly and nice, the hotel’s location is perfect for walking everywhere, I only had a bit of trouble with early check‑in because the hotel was full; the rooms were very clean and nice—overall, never hesitate to come here, you won’t regret it.
