The bed was very comfortable. The location is close to restaurants and the beach. The room had no windows that looked outside. The garden‑themed unit only had wallpaper, not an actual garden.

The breakfast was included, but it was just a small basket with pre-packaged milk rolls and jam. When you see “breakfast” listed, you expect something more substantial. During the day we couldn’t really relax because it was simply too noisy. There are no good transport links from Aspra.

Check‑in was quick, the location is good for those exploring the area, and it’s close to the beach. The kitchen is shared among three guest rooms.

The property is well maintained and everything is clean and tidy. The air‑conditioner wasn’t working, probably because the filters hadn’t been cleaned or something similar. Once we turned it on it gave off a foul smell, so we had to keep it off all night. The house is on the street floor, so opening the windows to circulate air wasn’t possible. Given the room is already small, the lack of air‑conditioning and the inability to open the windows made the night a half‑nightmare.
