“Very good”
The location is fantastic.
I never ended up staying because nobody answered our phone call on the way, so the response was terrible and the experience was bad.
I'm not sure what to say about my stay at this hotel, as it was neither particularly good nor bad. It was simply an average experience that didn't leave a lasting impression either way.
“Disgusting”
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was disgustingly filthy, and I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bed bugs. The pillows were stained, the floor was dirty and sticky, and the overall experience was one of the worst I've had in India. When I complained, the proprietors not only failed to take responsibility but also attempted to gaslight me, claiming that I was incorrect.
“Legal action should be taken against this property owner”
I had a truly horrific experience at this property. Despite paying the full amount for my reservation a week in advance, I was left stranded in the middle of the night when the owner and manager refused to let me in. The situation was extremely distressing, and as a foreigner alone in an unfamiliar country and city, I felt genuinely fearful for my personal safety and well-being. I was fortunate to find alternative accommodation, but the experience was traumatic and unacceptable.
