The room was huge with a nice design and very quiet. The shuttle ran once an hour, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We knew ahead of time that staff didn’t speak English, but a translation app wasn’t enough to bridge the language gap. Every time we interacted with staff, we had to bring in three people and talk for a long time, sometimes even using walkie‑talkies. It felt like even simple tasks such as checking in, asking for new towels (the ones we got were dirty), or finding out when and where breakfast was, were difficult. These are requests that a four‑star hotel should handle effortlessly. The room looked good but wasn’t very practical: the shower only had an on/off button, the shower head sprayed in all directions from the back, there was nowhere to hang a towel, and the shower led into the toilet, which had a handle that wouldn’t close. The quality was clearly not excellent. Breakfast was limited and mainly Asian and hot dishes, so keep that in mind.
This place isn’t ideal for international guests; the staff are sweet but none speak English, which got frustrating, and the wifi is awful— I had to sit in the restaurant for a few hours to get decent speed, with no AC or lights during the hot July peak, yet the room was clean, comfortable, and basic, and the free shuttle was a plus.
Hotel di altissimo livello, soprattutto rispetto al prezzo pagato. Camera molta grande di tipo business, con bagno molto bello e addirittura già camera in dotazione. Sono arrivato alle 9.30 di sera e alle 10 hanno preparato solo per me ottimi noodles, senza farmeli pagare. Al mattino, dovendo lasciare l'hotel molto presto, mi hanno preparato un sacchetto con la colazione. Personale molto gentile. Temperatura della doccia difficilmente regolabile. Personale non parlante inglese, ma capace di farsi intendere tramite traduttore.

Property was amazing. I booked for 2 nights and wrote to the property that I was going to arrive the early morning, they positively answered but on the day, they automatically canceled the booking
