Yellow walls. When I arrived the gate was already closed, so I couldn’t give them more than one star. They sent me several automatic messages but never responded to any of mine. None of their automated messages included a code for the now‑closed gate, so I ended up on the street in the middle of the night. In one of the automated messages they asked for my opinion, but it was just another automatic reply.

Absolutely everything! The rooms were comfortable, air‑conditioned, clean, and quiet. The common facilities were functional. The hostel’s location is just perfect, facing the lagoon. What made this stay exceptional was Delaite, the manager. She was attentive throughout, remembered our first names from the moment we arrived, cared about our well‑being, sat down to chat with us, and tried to find out what we wanted to eat on New Year’s or if we wanted to do activities. She embodies the kindness that reigns in this place. This isn’t a “party hostel” like a factory; it’s something authentic, even family‑like. An experience beyond a stay, I recommend.

Good location, friendly staff. Axel helped us during our stay, giving tips about the place which was new for both me and my roomie. There was no internet signal (Wi‑Fi) in the room where I stayed, so I had to use my mobile data.
