I had a wonderful stay at The Island. The location was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. I really appreciated their warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again

A few perks: good internet, good water pressure, good breakfast. The owner is very nice and always ready to give information. He kindly let us check out late. The furnishings are outdated, but still, good value for money. Also, the hotel is a 20‑25‑minute walk from the port.

A very nice place, very comfortable, climate control, TV, kitchen all exactly as we imagined. From here we could go everywhere, a cheap supermarket is just around the corner. We will definitely come back. The owner takes care of guests himself and helps with tours. We travel a lot and are thrilled.

The place really impressed us; the host family was welcoming and helpful, especially when arranging tours and ferry tickets. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh juices and fruit that changed daily. Our room was spacious and clean, making us feel very comfortable. The 20‑minute walk to the beach promenade wasn’t an issue for us, but those with less mobility might want to take one of the affordable taxis.

The family vibe made us feel like guests in an Ecuadorian Galapagueño household. Service was excellent, with quick answers to questions and a genuine willingness to help. I’d recommend this spot for both families and solo travelers.
