“Una soluzione al volo accanto a termini va bene”
The location is strategic next to the station, but nothing else special. The three rooms share a common area with a usable kitchen. The space is large, air‑conditioned, and the building is partially renovated with new paint, doors, and an air‑conditioner. Cleanliness was not up to standard; hair and fur were found around. The furniture is excessive and confusing. Some maintenance is needed: the shower head is loose, the toilet brush is full of previous guests’ feces, and the sheets are colored; I prefer white ones that show stains and hair. A mattress protector topper would be preferable. Breakfast is a partnership with a bar for good croissants and cappuccino, but if you’re used to a full breakfast, a croissant alone isn’t enough. The price‑quality ratio is personally low; usually the Romagna Riviera is 30‑40 euros, but I understand Rome is pricier, though it should objectively cost less. Lastly, the girl who does check‑in doesn’t speak Italian, so it’s hard to understand; you could also arrange online check‑in.
