The hotel is great, the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Plamena at reception who was extremely kind and did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

The staff was great and super friendly, especially the lady at reception, the guy at the night bar and the lady in the restaurant (second shift). The hotel offered many amenities, even though quite a few of them weren’t working… it was always warm as well. The floor in the room was dirty and full of small debris even after we requested a clean‑up; only the bed was made, the floor stayed the same. The restaurant had a very poor menu and 50 % of the dishes or drinks were not available. The gaming room was well equipped, but none of the PS5 controllers were good (there were four of them). The big pool was not working and the elevator to our block stopped working as well.

The rooms are large and spacious, the breakfast is good overall. The folding bed in the living room is really bad, and the distance from the center of Burovets is far.
