Despite booking nearly a year in advance, I only discovered upon arrival that the venue had been triple-booked. As a result, I was forced into a more expensive alternative that could host fewer guests, requiring some members of the travel party to return home. How does the platform allow multiple overlapping bookings? Why is this not communicated upfront, before any travel arrangements are made?
