The breakfast bar and the people's willingness were great, but what I disliked had nothing to do with the hotel staff, only with the communication between Booking and the owner: they confirmed the reservation but didn't notify the hotel.

We had a real mess with the shower drain being clogged and water flooding the bathroom. They did give us another shower, but the whole process was super inconvenient and we didn't get a good rest.
