Gazimagusaya is very close; you can drive anywhere. The side facing the sea, Gazimagusa, is definitely nicer. The pricing policy is quite flexible; if you negotiate before arriving you’ll get a better rate. Also, the beds are listed as double, but they’re actually two mattresses joined together, so it’s not comfortable.

A decent breakfast, plenty of food. The location is great, right next to the university area, perfect for student families and applicants. The place is clean and convenient. The on‑site bistro works for both lunch and dinner.
