Worst experience. The room was not clean; I found a condom on the bed.

The staff behaved adequately. However, the main door had no curtain, no lock inside, only a sticky note above; power cut several times and there was no backup. No towels, no slippers, the wall was dirty, the window curtains and bathroom were unclean, and there were items left from previous guests. No food service, so you had to order from Swiggy or Zomato. The AC and TV remote were missing; the closet in the room had a lot of dust. There was no phone, no charging point near the bed, and the charging spot had no place to put the phone. Overall, the room cleaning was poor.
