“Great location & staff but undergoing renovations”
The location near Centrale Station is convenient and the staff were very helpful, yet the ongoing major renovation makes the noise level quite high.

Being so close to the main train station and surrounded by good restaurants is a big plus, and the staff were fantastic, but the rates are on the high side.

A particular staff member named Anna stood out with her kindness and great work; I’m grateful for her efforts. I would recommend a larger smoking area to add a touch of elegance, and it would be nice if the bar stayed open longer so holiday guests could linger before bed.

The place is in a great spot and the décor is clean and lovely, but I was let down by the lack of hair conditioner and body lotion—though I did spot the lotion in the cleaning cart, so maybe I should have asked for it.
