1. Great location. 2. Lovely bed and nice room. 3. Excellent breakfast, with metal cutlery and hard‑plastic plates and bowls – where else do you find that? A bit noisy if you have upstairs neighbours you can hear walking.

The room was spotless and the easy access to the pool was relaxing; the breakfast was very good and I loved the coffee, so I’ll definitely return. The staff were very helpful and kind, though the key cards were a constant hassle, not a huge problem.

Everything was clean and worked perfectly; the pool was a blast and I enjoyed the small snack corner. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the shopping centre. The indoor pool/spa room was too hot and humid to enjoy – it felt like a sauna with no fresh air, so I would not have chosen a hotel with a pool if I had known this.
