I appreciated the warm welcome and the friendly staff; the spot is convenient for walking around the city and I enjoyed having a guarded parking spot right in the city center. The breakfast was totally lacking in both variety and quantity, not worth the price I paid, and although I paid for the presence of my small dog, nothing was provided in return; in Spain I found a cushion for him in the room and a small package with a toy and a treat.

The reception was super friendly and informative, very courteous and caring about guests’ well‑being. Good parking, nice breakfast, and great décor with many original oil paintings.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, some with good showers. It’s very quiet even though it’s only a 5‑minute walk to the cathedral. The secure parking is excellent, easy to locate, and sits at the back of the hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful, even offering water bottles to take out during the day. It’s an excellent place to stay.

The place is in a fantastic spot in the heart of Albi, with secure parking for cars and bikes and a very calm and serene vibe. The staff were lovely and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous.
