The hotel staff never bothered to send anyone to check the room; I had to use my own tools and the woman said I still had a blue towel. They only provide white towels, and the cleaning lady even confirmed that I only received TP and soap. I mistakenly wrote in the wrong box, but the price was fine and it was quiet.

The cleaning was good. The parking is on the street, so I didn’t feel safe with my car; the whole night there was chatter and noise from a group of young people in the parking lot, which continued into the morning, with young women dressed like sex workers—very disappointing.

The location is convenient by the freeway. Cleanliness isn’t a priority; the sheets were stained even after I asked for replacements, and the walls look disgusting. The staff are out of control.

I like the location and the nearby shopping center; the room is clean and comfortable. However, the staff didn’t keep their word on policy: I had a room for two, but someone walked into the office, claimed to be part of our reservation, didn’t pay the $30 fee, and we couldn’t remove them. Their belongings were left behind, we didn’t get our deposit back, and they accused us of stealing towels. I don’t like this hotel and will never stay here again.
