The hotel was close to the city center, but the room had many faults and the average repair time was long.

Family Hotel Muses sits on Sozopol’s sandy Harmani beach, just a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of ancient Apolonia. The hotel offers spacious rooms, a refreshing pool with bar, and a cozy restaurant serving local cuisine. Its prime seaside location, combined with family‑friendly amenities and a relaxed atmosphere, makes it an ideal choice for beach‑centric travelers.

The staff were very friendly, the room was large and clean, and the air‑conditioner worked. Breakfast was satisfying, though the coffee included with it was awful and we had to order at the bar for an extra cost. Dinner was à la carte with very few options: two salads, two or three main courses, and one dessert or fruit dish, all cooked right after ordering so they were very fresh. Only one water glass per person was served at dinner, with no juices or drinks.

We were two friends staying at this small but very calm and cozy place; the breakfast was great and overall everything needed to feel comfortable was provided. The service was good, people were very kind and responsive, and the place was clean, pleasant, and quiet. We recommend it. The parking is small, right in front of the hotel, and not always available for all cars. Sometimes you have to move your car to let someone else out, because you might have to stop in front of someone. There are an extra three spots nearby, but fortunately we managed to find a spot in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was very tasty, but the toilet was very dirty, ashtrays were not clean, and the staff still need more training in friendliness.

The breakfast was good and ample, with constant refills. The site advertised a 24‑hour reception, but when we arrived it was dark and we had to search for help; the reception should at least have lights on and an English note on how to reach them. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper, luckily we brought our own. Two sachets were provided for washing—one with shampoo and one with shower gel—which was a bit little for two people who want to wash in the morning. The beds were hard.
