A truly enjoyable stay at B&B Fattoria Pian di Rocca. The place is distinctive and welcoming, carefully curated with many details that enhance the environment. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, always attentive to guests’ needs. The location is excellent, strategically placed for easy access to both the sea and Castiglione della Pescaia center, and for exploring the surroundings. The private parking in town is very convenient and appreciated. It’s a place where care and passion for hospitality are felt. A repeat experience for sure, and I recommend this property without hesitation. No complaints—everything was perfect!

“The room internally is excellent the context and the attention to the client borderline”

The interior design was pleasant, clean, modern, and functional, and the room was spacious. The AC worked quietly and effectively, and there was plenty of parking in front of the room. However, there were no clear directions to drive to the property, which was not advertised, and no sign bearing the property’s name. The room, though large, had little natural light and no proper window, offering no view of the sky or trees—probably a former large stable. On arrival, I had WhatsApp communication but was not greeted by anyone. A checkout message I sent on the day of departure went unanswered, leaving me uncertain about the exact checkout procedure and key return. I was later asked to pay a one euro per day tax, well after my check‑out, showing a lack of client attention after arrival.

“Gute Unterkunft für Strandurlaub und Ortsbesichtigung”

Authentic country estate with bicycles available for free use, and a private parking spot right in Castiglione della Pescaia. The breakfast was also very good.
