The building is small but well‑situated, both centrally near restaurants and shops and close to the beach, just a few minutes’ walk in a lively street. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the place is simple but has everything you need. However, if an Italian or European visitor comes to this destination, which is mainly a Chinese or Russian tourist spot, they might be surprised that the accommodation isn’t cleaned unless requested, and even then the cleaning is minimal—just a change of linens. The furnishings are old, some are damaged, and the walls are dirty, but the room is still large and functional.
