The experience was the worst hotel stay I've ever had; the staff seemed totally inexperienced and unfriendly. I had to cancel my whole 8‑day reservation and paid for a night at a different hotel, yet they still charged me for that night and the first night as well, so I ended up paying double for a single night. The rooms were very old and lacked smart TVs, and the location was inconvenient—nothing nearby.

The only positive was the location. The room was probably less than ten square metres, unsuitable for two adults and not worthy of a four‑star rating. I never saw a hotel like this. It was impossible to be sure a taxi could fit all the passengers and luggage, and the breakfast was very sparse.

The hotel is just a short walk from the station and the air‑conditioning worked well, though the shower was okay except for a slightly odd spray from the top. The dental‑paper provided was useful, but I wished there had been a mouthwash.
