We scored a great room with a sea view, which was a real highlight, and the location was nice and quiet. However, there were a few minor issues with the room, like a broken clothes hanger and a shower curtain that didn't quite work right. And to be honest, the breakfast was a bit overpriced - we ended up eating at the nearby restaurants instead.

The staff here are super friendly and the food is super affordable. It's a great place to stay if you're on a tight budget. The only downside is that the area can get a bit noisy at night, but it's not a major issue.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the state of this place - it's like they're just giving up on maintenance altogether. Dead bugs everywhere, dirty sheets, mildewy towels, and a general air of neglect. And to top it off, the staff was completely unhelpful and tried to charge us extra for a cleaner room. Needless to say, we left without getting a refund.

The breakfast here is a real treat - it's a bit of a Vietnamese twist, but the chef does a great job of adapting to your needs and cooking up a perfect egg every morning. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is a bit of a dump and seems to cater mainly to Vietnamese tourists.

The room with a sea view is absolutely stunning, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. You can choose from a range of options, from 200k to 400k per serving. I booked without breakfast, so I ended up buying it from the hotel for 50k per person - it was a great deal, with pho, banh cuon, and fresh fruit for dessert. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that for a room that sleeps four, they only provide two towels, so you have to ask for more.
