The location is convenient, with ample parking. The host was kind (he even lent me a hair dryer I didn’t have), and the buffet breakfast was good, both sweet and savory. The room was beautiful with a little balcony; the bathroom was tiny but had everything.

The owner Mike is friendly and helpful, the duvet in the bed is nice, and the room has a terrace. The bed pillows are uncomfortable, the bathroom is too small and lacks a bidet.

The location is ideal for 360‑degree movement around the Dolomites, the property is welcoming, tidy, and run in a family‑style by Michele and his mother. It’s a pleasant surprise in a unique spot, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. We will definitely come back.
