I was initially disappointed by the check-in process, which was marred by a rude and uncooperative front desk clerk. However, the rest of the staff made up for it with their exceptional service and friendliness. Unfortunately, technical issues with the keys and a lack of basic amenities like a hairdryer and proper bedding for the fold-out couch added to the initial frustration.

“De beste locatie tot nu toe”

I was delighted with the spacious rooms, comfortable sofa, excellent bed, and great shower, as well as the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful surroundings, but the TV in the living area wasn't working, which wasn't a major issue for me, but I'm sure it would have been quickly resolved if I had reported it.

I had a disastrous experience checking into this hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't know their password, which led to a frustrating and sleepless night spent at a different hotel. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, making our initial experience truly unforgettable.

“It was fine, but probably should have stayed at one of the many other hotels in the area”

My stay at this hotel was decent, but not without its drawbacks. The room itself was fine, but the beds were not particularly comfortable, and I was surprised to find that the hotel didn't offer a free breakfast, despite my research indicating otherwise.
