Everything was fine, and there was nothing negative.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the staff service was good.

The bed was comfortable, but the TV was not great and the Wi‑Fi didn't work properly.

The towel was dirty, and the blanket was also dirty. Double‑check everything that people use—towels, blankets, and pillows—to see if they're clean or not.
