I booked a ground‑floor room with car parking because I was traveling with a disabled friend, but we were handed an upstairs room instead. We arrived on time as scheduled, yet the staff told us the room had been given away.

I was blown away—everything was better than I imagined, and I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for a fantastic stay, though I didn’t stay as long as I’d liked.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The mattress was ancient, springs completely flat, the carpet was filthy, and the bathroom required a deep clean.

The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the bedroom was spacious. However, there was mould in the shower and on the floor tiles and grouting, the coffee cups were tiny, and the night‑time roller blind wouldn’t stay up during the day—my husband had to secure it with a metal bottle top.
