C'est de l'arnaque, Il faut l'abolir de booking en plus ton argent c'est pas remboursable et le service client de booking n'y peut rien. Je trouve ça inadmissible de laisser les gens se faire arnaquer de la sorte. Nothing! It’s an online scam on Booking; the hotel has been closed for five months and no longer exists. Despite our confirmation, Booking still lists the property and refuses to refund the 55 euros we paid through PayPal. We will file a police complaint for this fraud. The lack of accommodation after receiving a booking confirmation is a scam, with Booking complicit in refusing to refund the 55 euros for two nights we never had, since the hotel is gone and the rooms are occupied by Moroccans renting to another owner.

DON’T BOOK HERE. We couldn’t stay at all because the hotel is now closed, which we learned from a local a few days after having to find another place. We’re still trying to contact the hotel to get our money back.
