“Vacanza Top”
The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, the food was always varied and the shows were very impressive—definitely a top choice, especially for kids.
I was greeted by very friendly staff, but the room was extremely noisy and the furnishings feel very old.
Our initial welcome at this hotel was warm and inviting, and the staff's efforts to ensure our comfort were commendable. The smiling housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and we appreciated the à la carte dining options offered at three nearby restaurants. However, the poorly defined smoking areas and the lack of proper food storage during meals were significant concerns.
The service was cozy. The beach setup was poor for wheelchair users; we visited once and it was disappointing, forcing us to stay in the pool instead, so we won’t return because we prefer staying on the beach.
We were pleased with our stay at this hotel, particularly with the nice family room that we were allocated. Unfortunately, there was no mention of any negative aspects of our stay, so it's difficult to provide a balanced review.
