The food was VERY Good. I enjoyed all meals. Each night only one of the private restaurants were open, so to experience all 3, you would need to be there at least 3 nights. The beach is also lovely. The customer service was average. The hotel did not provide many activities and they did not put much effort into the few that they did provide. If you are looking for vibes and fun, this is not your place.

The only bright spot was that meals were included; despite the limited variety, that was a big plus in the Bahamas where food can be very pricey, and the beaches are truly beautiful. The hotel itself is old and needs a full renovation, the poolside food and drink stalls look awful and the drink selection is very narrow. Service is generally terrible, though a very friendly young woman at reception and another at the buffet stood out. During my stay a group of teenage athletes kept making noise and shouting, making it feel like a farm.

The snack bar by the pool was good, but the pool itself could have been a bit cleaner, and some of the female staff were not friendly at all.
