Great location, friendly staff and delicious food
“Très agréable, mais viélissant”
The reception welcomed me warmly, and the hotel’s size and clientele matched my expectations, plus the location was excellent. Yet the building looked dated even though it was clean, the air‑conditioning made noise, the bathroom tiles were in poor condition, and the hallway carpets were stained—unacceptable for a 4‑star property.
It’s a decent hotel with a nice beach and a good buffet, but I wasn’t a fan of the activities and the lack of air‑conditioning before 15 June, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked.
The main thing was that the entire staff, from reception to restaurant waiters, beach personnel, bar, etc., was truly exceptional; the property is very beautiful and well maintained, thanks. The only downside was the sea, which unfortunately wasn’t in the best condition.
