“Whilst great location and potential, it was wildly lacking in quality and cleanliness.”

Great location on Winkley Square, easy access to town and our family whom live locally. Easy parking on the street nearby. Online check-in process worked well, the details were sent in timely manner and detailed for effortless keyless entry for midnight check-in. The room was dirty, broken bathroom door handle, holes in curtains, broken window didn't open and bed so 'exhausted' it was like sleeping on marshmallow. Our stay was after the very hot period, and the room was super stuffy and stale as the broken window had clearly been an issue for a while, and so there was limited ventilation. We did manage to get the other bay window open, however they are at eye level for passers-by on the street to look straight in, so no privacy if you wanted ventilation. There was a fan in the room, but this just circulates hot stale air. The bathroom products were not as advertised, or generous in quantity for 2 people. There was no staff on site that we found to discuss our concerns with, only restaurant staff that weren't interested

“Overall very good and nice place. Just needs an air con unit”

Everything was fine overall, no problems. The only issue was that the place was very warm and we couldn’t open the windows on the ground floor; an air‑conditioning unit would have helped.

Lovely room. Asked for fresh milk - this was in the fridge on arrival. We'd booked 5 rooms for us and some of our wedding guests. The apartments weren't staffed at the time we arrived but communication had been clear beforehand so this wasn't an issue

“Value for money room, I would recommend.”

The Boutique room, was clean, comfortable and quiet. Large room, with kitchen facilities and 5 minutes walk in to town. N/A
