The check‑in was fine even when it was late, but unfortunately the outdoor bath was broken so I couldn’t use it.
The suite featured a semi‑outdoor bath, a very large room and floor heating, which all felt like great value and let me relax comfortably, although the indoor shower temperature was erratic, sometimes scalding hot and other times lukewarm, which was a slight disappointment.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's recent renovation, as my room was spotless and beautifully decorated. However, I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor hot spring wasn't as impressive as I had hoped, especially considering it's a major selling point. Unfortunately, the broken blind in the outdoor hot spring area was a major letdown.

I was pleased with the hotel's spacious room and the fact that it had a ceramic bathtub. However, the lack of a sink or washbasin in the toilet was a major inconvenience, and I had to walk all the way to the opposite side of the room to wash my hands.
