“Convenient location, spacious facilities, cosy vibe. A good spot”

The room was very spacious and the sofa by the window made it cozy, but checking in was confusing for both me and another guest who arrived shortly after me; the managers answered my calls but there was a lot of back‑and‑forth before I got my key, and I had to get help from both the Lonsdale guesthouse managers and the ones from the neighboring guesthouse (Lina's). I’d suggest updating the Booking info so new guests know exactly what to expect and how to check in without issues. The hairdryer didn’t work properly – it only blew mildly warm air. The main radiator in the room was non‑functional, so I had to request a larger portable heater after another series of calls; there was a tiny one available already, but it clearly couldn’t heat the whole room effectively. I believe the discounted price should be the effective price, since breakfast isn’t included and given the problems above.

The hotel was clean and comfortable in a nice location, but it advertised a bath while only providing a shower, and the housekeeper bothered me for an hour before check‑out time.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the room was spacious with modern furniture and looked very cozy, and I appreciated the microwave in the corridor and the overall facilities. The room was cold, there was only one portable heater, and there was no parking, but the bedding was very warm.

The place was close to the city center, close to New Marston, and the room was spacious, all rated 9/10, but there were too many old items.
