The location is excellent. The room had everything I needed, was spotless, and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

Nestled in Rome’s historic center, The Castle Inside Rome sits less than 1 km from St. Peter’s Square and a 2‑minute walk to Castel Sant’Angelo. Rooms feature air‑conditioning, flat‑screen TV, fridge, kettle, shower, hairdryer, desk, wardrobe, and private bathroom. Free Wi‑Fi, proximity to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Vatican, and a 15 km distance to Ciampino Airport make it ideal for cultural explorers.

The location is great, but the bathroom is barely a bathroom – the photo is misleading, the space is tiny, lighting is almost nonexistent, and the sink tap is wobbly.

The place sits in a safe, central spot near nice local bars and restaurants, yet the bed feels uncomfortable.

The location is excellent and the value for money is solid, with no noticeable shortcomings.
