The spot was fantastic and the price worked well for a family. The room was clean overall and gave a decent experience, though the bathroom area was a bit cramped for a family, but we managed.

Conveniently situated, good value, and the staff responded quickly and helped out. The instruction book was filthy and needs to be replaced.

“The wifi is good and the location but no staff and the facilities are lacking.”

The building has a convenience store on the ground floor and many restaurants around. The Wi‑Fi is good. However, there’s no dedicated staff; you always have to talk to the owner. I initially thought it was a hotel, but it’s actually an apartment. The shower is tiny and there’s no hook or place to hang clean clothes or towels, and there’s no microwave.

We loved staying here! It was our first time in Tokyo, and this place made the trip even more special. We especially enjoyed the room with the traditional Japanese‑style dining area, which let us experience authentic Japanese culture while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The room was spacious and cozy for our family, and we really enjoyed spending time together there. There was almost nothing we didn’t like about the property. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. We’d definitely consider staying here again on a future Tokyo trip.
