The beds and bedding are of good quality. Nothing negative.
“It was just ok. Very disappointed for Hilton Honors participants”
The location to downtown was convenient. However, our room was a handicapped room at the far end of the first‑floor hallway, next to the ice machine and trash barrels. At 6:30 am, staff were taking out the trash barrels (noisy) and our room faced the laundry room, where loud chatter and laughter persisted in the early hours. When we checked in, we noticed there was no shower curtain; a call to the front desk fixed that within an hour. The main shower head didn’t work, only the handheld sprayer, which was barely a trickle. Finally, it was annoying that the “handicapped” room was the furthest from the front desk among all first‑floor rooms.

The food and service were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the parking left something to be desired.
The lobby was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff went above and beyond. The trip planner in the lobby was wonderful and very helpful! The room was spacious and very clean! Perfect location. No negatives.
The location with parking is good. The breakfast was average.
