From the outside the place looked welcoming, but the room was cold and the heating was broken. The door next to mine kept banging all night. The bedding had an odd odor and the room was filthy—especially the bathroom, where the bath was dirty. The shower wouldn’t turn on at first and I had to force it to switch to shower; there was no plug, though I didn’t want to sit in it. After flushing the toilet, it looked like someone had been ill in it. The sink was detached from the wall, and the wall coverings and floor were also unclean. The overall standard was far below what the price promised.

The hotel’s central location and a room on the second floor gave me a good night’s rest. The décor was tacky and the bed creaked.

The hotel’s location was excellent for our needs and the beds were comfortable. However, the building itself was dilapidated, aged, and very basic, needing modernization and updating.
