“tres belle experience”
The front‑desk teams—Christian, Alejandro, and Andres—were very helpful, pleasant, and discreet; breakfast was fantastic, and the setting and view were exceptional. The limited number of rooms and guests made the stay even more comfortable, especially after activities in the evening. The site is perfect for exploring the coffee region; we rode horses in Salento but would have preferred doing it with the Glamping, I think. Thanks again for everything. We stayed two days before the earthquake and hope everything is fine at the Glamping. It might be useful to provide a small bottle of water per person per day in the rooms to avoid buying 15 bottles during the day at the hotel or elsewhere, since it gets hot.
The service was ideal and the location was very peaceful; however, a quake happened and there was no alarm or any alert for foreign guests.

Everything was perfect; the hotel is ideal if you want to relax amid nature. The facilities are amazing and the staff are very friendly and professional. The cabins are beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the cocktails and breakfast are excellent, and they have a menu for meals. Horse rides and massages are available. I already want to return—I felt like home! All was good.
