The spot was great, but the stairwell was dirty and the place felt old with missing details.

The location was good, the courtyard was spacious and the rooms were pleasant.

The location was nice and quiet, but the laundry area was so dirty I couldn't hang towels, and the app made me think I'd get a kitchenette apartment, only to find just the rooms; they should explain the conditions better.

The location and comfort were fine, but the cleaning was lacking; there was a lot of dust under the beds.

The location and cleanliness were top, but the common areas were very neglected.
