Nothing positive. Everything was bad: no maintenance, torn bedsheets, cockroaches everywhere, broken window latches, lazy room service that required multiple calls to get a room cleaned, a non‑working phone in the room that forced me to go to reception for water, unclean bathrooms, and no hot water in the room.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful on demand. The location was a plus for me. The linen in the room wasn’t cleaned, housekeeping wasn’t present, rooms and bathrooms weren’t cleaned, and the bathroom faucets were in disrepair.
