I was close to the o2 for the concert and the staff were friendly, but the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was cold.

The café was normal, located on the roadside, but there was no noise coming from inside the room. The location was a drawback.

It was a great place with friendly staff.

All the staff members were friendly, and Jessica was especially helpful, giving me a heater when I felt cold in my room; overall the service was great and I’ll definitely come back. I do need more sockets around the room.

It was the worst place I’ve stayed at: the rooms were dirty, the smell was incredible, and everything was bad.
