“Extraordinaire”

We really liked the location; the room is perfect for walking around (for those who don’t mind a few kilometers). The host is very approachable and replies quickly to inquiries. The room’s soundproofing was lacking because the window wasn’t very airtight, so we could hear the streets loudly—this is due to the room being right in the heart of Rome with bars and restaurants nearby.

“Good value in great location. Acceptable room, given price and location.”

The location was good, hot water was available, and the room was comfortable and spacious. It was noisy at night (right off a busy street). The AC didn’t work properly—maybe we didn’t know how to use the remote, but there were no instructions.

The host was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and most important sights were within walking distance. It was a bit noisy (restaurants nearby, early morning trash pickup), but a pair of earplugs solved it easily! 😀

The location was great for exploring the city. The building and rooms are beautiful. The room stayed spotless and comfortable. Flavia was available for any issues.
