“Great location, nice staff, good hotel”
The location was good, but the rooms are very dark and could use a bit of upgrading; the temperature inside the room was uncomfortable.

The location is good and easy to access, the room is nice and clean, yet the telephone in the room didn’t work when I tried to check the hotel’s amenities.

The staff at the pucks in the mourning were the best, but the carts for bringing in luggage were a problem.

The location was ideal for shows and concerts at the Springfield Symphony Hall, the large room and comfortable bed were great.
