“Excellent”
The air conditioning worked well, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the owner introduced himself at the door; however, the pillows could have been softer.
The staff were incredibly friendly and, most importantly, spoke Spanish, which we really appreciated. The rooms were fantastic, and we even had the chance to meet the hotel owner, an extraordinary person. I would definitely come back without hesitation, and honestly, I liked everything.

They offered tea at 17:00, but there was no real four‑star hotel lobby, a missing bar, and the dining room lacked charm.

The location is great, not far from the Eiffel Tower, and the room was beautiful and comfortable; the parking was confusing—after trying to use a card at three different machines, I ended up paying by phone, and one of the parking sites is a good website for local, reasonable car parks.
