“Goed”
The beds were good and the breakfast was good, but maybe a list to note what you took from the minibar would help.
Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, but overall it was still okay.
“Ein Aufenthalt mit Charme”
The whole place had a certain charm; the building itself wasn’t entirely modern, yet real room keys were used, the reception had a bell to press, and the lounge featured rustic oak wood, but the rooms were modernly furnished and the floor provided all the comfort needed for a stay, even including a balcony, and everything was very clean. The elevator was a bit of a dare, as it stopped a few centimeters short of the floor and then stayed there, so I didn’t use it again.
My brother received the night as a birthday present and was very satisfied; the location seems very suitable for a stay in Dortmund, and I found nothing negative.

I’m now on my third visit to this hotel and again fully satisfied; my request for a balcony room was granted, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the outdoor area invites a cozy coffee after the good breakfast or a chill evening, and the location’s excellent public transport links make it ideal for events at Westfalenpark, Westfalenhallen, or the city; the minibar with a small fridge is a great feature, especially for summer travelers needing to keep medication below 25 °C; if you forget something, a supermarket or pharmacy is about 250 m away. I had nothing to complain about.
