This place is a gem, with a wonderful and evocative location. Nothing to complain about.
Roberto was super welcoming, the place was clean, the location was excellent, and I’d recommend it.

The room was nice, with a balcony ceiling and functional, yet the breakfast was a joke: a dry roll, a pre‑packed croissant, four or five different pre‑packed jams, butter was present, but no slice of sausage or cheese.

The spot right by the lake with the dock is great, and the host was friendly, but the space under the roof felt a bit stuffy.

The accommodation was simple, well‑maintained, and peaceful a little out of Mantua’s center in a truly charming spot by the lake; the garden was relaxing, but a more elaborate breakfast would add value to this lovely place.
