The place is quiet, clean, the air conditioning is cool, the water pressure is strong, and the welcome was good. The mattress is very hard, the room has no coffee or electric kettle.

The spot is handy for getting around Suan Phueng, but the room feels cramped and the bed is hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom’s wastewater takes a long time to drain, and the room’s cleanliness could use improvement. The price seems a bit steep for what you get, and the Wi‑Fi password on the wall was wrong, so I had to call the staff for the right one.

The location isn’t far from the attractions, but there was no shower soap, so the maid might have forgotten it. I stayed in two rooms; the other room had soap but no clothes rack.
